Hello Moxie Flash Mentorship Event – Terms of Service

Welcome to the Hello Moxie Flash Mentorship Event!
By registering to attend, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, supportive, and empowering experience for everyone involved.
1. Event Overview & Participation Agreement
The Hello Moxie Flash Mentorship Event is a virtual gathering designed to connect women in tech across career stages. The event consists of three rounds of private, one-on-one, 30-minute mentoring sessions conducted via Zoom or ClickMeeting. Up to 27 participants will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
By registering, you agree to:
• Attend the event in full.
• Participate in good faith with a spirit of respect, openness, and mutual support.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the safe environment we’re committed to creating.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
This is a paid event. Your payment secures your spot and helps us provide a meaningful experience.
• Payment is due at the time of registration.
• Refunds will be granted only if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase before the event.
• If Hello Moxie cancels the event, you will receive a full refund.
• We do not offer refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations, as space is limited and mentors are booked in advance.
3. Code of Conduct & Confidentiality
Hello Moxie is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space. All participants are expected to:
• Treat one another with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
• Engage in honest, vulnerable conversations while honoring others’ boundaries.
• Maintain confidentiality: what is shared in sessions stays in sessions.
• Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
Violation of this code may result in removal from the event without refund and exclusion from future events.
4. Platform & Technical Disclaimers
• The event will be hosted on Zoom or ClickMeeting. You are responsible for ensuring that your internet connection, device, and software meet the platform requirements.
• Hello Moxie is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced on your end (e.g., poor connectivity, audio issues).
• The event will not be recorded. We do not permit participants to record or share their sessions.
5. Event Changes & Limitation of Liability
• Hello Moxie reserves the right to adjust event details (timing, format, mentors, etc.) as necessary to improve the experience or respond to unforeseen circumstances.
• We will communicate changes promptly and transparently.
• While we work to ensure a high-quality event, Hello Moxie is not liable for outcomes related to mentorship advice or networking interactions.
• By participating, you agree to hold Hello Moxie harmless from any loss, injury, or damage arising from your attendance, including technical failures or the actions of other participants.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
